Full Interior Broker Price Opinion, BPO-$225

This includes all the information contained in the Drive By  BPO as well as meeting with the occupant and providing  interior pictures of the home.

Commercial BPO

Drive By BPO-$200

This includes tax research on the property, 3 comparable listings, 3 comparable sales, address verification, pictures  of  the exterior of the property and street scenes, area market analysis and average days on the market.

Drive By BPO with average Rental Rates-$300

This includes tax research on the property, 3 comparable listings, 3 comparable sales, address verification, pictures  of  the exterior of the property and street scenes, area market analysis and average days on the market.

Interior BPO-$400

This includes all items in the Drive By BPO with supporting interior pictures of the property.

Complete BPO with Income Approach Analysis-$475

This inclues all the information provided in Drive By BPO‘s with Income Approach Analysis.  Interior pictures can be included in this service.
