The Estancia Club, which opened in 1995, is nestled on 640 acres of the northern slope of Scottsdale’s famed landmark Pinnacle Peak in the gated community of Estancia. Honored internationally, the Tom Fazio designed 18-hole championship golf course offers 7,314 yards of superb golf, bent grass greens, and breathtaking views. Ease of play is impressive at 12,000 annual rounds and enhanced by an active caddy program. Estancia allows only members and accompanying guests.

The Estancia Club is member owned and has 325 full golf members (maximum).
We have adopted a market-based pricing program for our sellers, and memberships are available. Residents and non-residents may apply.
Market-Based Pricing Policy
Beginning January 1, 2009, The Estancia Club implemented the following policy:
Any Estancia member wishing to sell their membership may submit their Resale Price in writing to the Club prior to 5:00 pm the last day of a month. The price must be in increments of $1,000. The submitted price becomes effective the first day of the following month and is binding until modified or revoked in writing. It cannot be revoked if a sale has already been agreed upon. Members are able to change their price in writing during each month, and such change will be effective the first day of the next month.
The Club will sell from the Seller List based on the lowest Resale Price available. A prospective member may reserve a membership with an application and a refundable check for the purchase price. If the applicant is approved, pro-rated dues will be owed for the remainder of our fiscal year and will be posted to their first monthly statement. If the application is not approved, the Club will refund the full purchase price.
If more than one membership has the same Resale Price, they will be sold with priority given to seniority of membership tenure.
The Transfer Fee, subtracted from the Seller’s proceeds, will be $30,000 or 20% of the selling price, whichever is greater.
This policy does not inhibit a member’s ability to sell their membership with a real estate transaction.
Homes in Estancia presently range from the low 1,000,000 upwards to 5,000,000.
Typically, the size range of homes in Estancia will start in at least 4 bedroom and range upwards to 7 to 9 bedrooms. The square footages range from 5,000 square feet to 15,000 square feet.

Estancia, located very close to the intersections of Scottsdale Road and Dynamite Blvd., is a short 45 minute drive to Sky Harbor Airport. Scottsdale Municipal Airport and Deer Valley Airport are within a 15 minute drive of Estancia for those that utilize their own private transportation. Scottsdale Municipal Airport is capable of large jet traffic, while Deer Valley can accomodate all but the largest private jet traffic.
For discriminating buyers, Estancia offers ease of access to air travel, yet is secluded in a gated community.
