The big buzz is “Canadian” investors in Arizona. Prices continue to be at 2000 levels here in Phoenix and most reports I see say that economic recovery is gaining ground. As we all know, when this happens, demand will increase and of course, supply dwindles until banks again begin to loan money.
The savvy Canadian investors have already started strategically purchasing properties to prepare for the profits that this upturn will undoubtedly hold. With the favorable exchange rate, the timing is there to be looking for the deals…..and they are here.
